How many guest portraits can you complete in one night, and what happens with the rest?

I’m currently getting approximately 70 done in 5 hours. Any remaining portraits get completed in studio and shipped to you within 2 weeks. It is still a fun interactive experience for everyone because they can see how cute the others are turning out and become excited to receive theirs, even if it is in a week or so. Portraits are standard size that can fit in basic envelopes. I stay until the Bride and Groom leave to get as many done as possible…

Are there any extraneous costs?
Guest Portraits: Your quote is based on your guest count. It includes everything (shipping, travel, etc)

Wedding Painting: Paintings are a base cost for 24”x30” but upgrades are available (inclusion of people, pets, etc). Other than size or special request upgrades, your price includes everything. Travel is free in the Carolinas + Georgia. Beyond that, I charge basic gas or flights (I do not charge for lodging).

Can I do both a wedding painting AND guest portraits?
Yes! While I can’t do both in the same night, my contract includes add on options for either to be completed in studio at a highly discounted rate. This could look like me painting the Bride and Groom and getting all photos of guests to complete them within 2 weeks OR painting the guests live and getting the reference photos of the Bride/Groom/ venue to complete their painting within 2 weeks.

Do you travel?
Yes! I travel often, and I charge simple gas/ flight. I do not charge for lodging, and travel within the Carolinas + Georgia is free. Be sure to put your wedding location and venue in the inquiry form so I can provide an accurate travel fee.

Can I include different things in my wedding painting?
Yes! This is your opportunity to create the dream that a photo cannot. This may look like including flowers from your reception around the border, combining a pose with a different location, getting painted in your original outside dance floor even though you got rained out.

What’s the investment and payment timeline?
A half deposit is due with your contract to reserve your date. The remaining half is due 7 days prior to your event.
