Change of Mind
Choosing artwork is a deeply personal experience, and we encourage thoughtful selection. Due to the unique nature of each piece, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind on either prints or original artworks. If you have any questions or need further information before making a purchase, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us—we’re here to help!

Custom Artwork Requests
For custom art commissions, we are excited to work with you to bring your vision to life. Please note that once a custom project is started, we cannot offer refunds. We encourage thorough discussions before beginning work on any custom piece to ensure we align on expectations.

Artwork Descriptions and Color Variations
We provide photographs and detailed descriptions of each artwork to give you an accurate representation. However, please be aware that colors may vary slightly due to differences in device displays. We recommend considering this when making your selection, as returns based on these variations cannot be accepted.

Lost Artwork
If your artwork does not arrive or gets lost during transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will assist you submitting a claim with the carrier, as this is the only course of action that can be taken once a package is intercepted by a carrier.

Natural Aging of Artworks
Like all fine art, our pieces are crafted to last, but they may naturally age and change over time. This aging process is not grounds for a return. If you have concerns about the care or preservation of your artwork, we are happy to offer advice to ensure it stays in beautiful condition.

Intellectual Property
All artwork, including original pieces and prints, is protected by copyright law. The intellectual property rights to the artwork remain with the artist, Isabelle Renee Art. Purchasers may not reproduce, sell, or distribute the artwork without explicit permission.

Care and Maintenance
To ensure the longevity of your artwork, we recommend that you follow specific care instructions based on the medium.
