Thank you for choosing Isabelle Renee Art! We strive to provide a seamless and enjoyable experience. Below is important information regarding our shipping times and policies for both original artworks and prints. Please read carefully:
Original Artworks Purchased from this website
All original art with any measurement greater than 16” will automatically be unwrapped from display frame and shipped rolled up for you to have stretched once it arrives. This is for your consideration, as shipping extremely large pieces can cost thousands. If you need advice or pointers on how to go about having your piece stretched please email and we will be happy to walk you through the simple stretching process.
If you want to discuss your piece being shipped or courriered on a ready to hand wood frame - please email us isabellerenee.art.info@gmail.com and we will assist you.
All original artworks will be shipped within 1-2 weeks from the time of order, unless otherwise specified. If you require your artwork urgently, please contact us to discuss expedited shipping options. Please note that rush orders will incur an additional fee.
In person pickup/ delivery
My studio is based in Charleston, SC currently. If you are in the southeast and are interested in avoiding shipping costs please reach to see about arranging pickup or adding a delivery service.
Print Orders
All prints are made to order through our trusted partner company. Dispatch times are typically 3-7 days
Note: All shipping times are provided as a guide. Isabelle Renee Art cannot be held responsible for shipping delays outside of our control.
International Shipping - Original Artworks
If you’re outside of the US and have fallen in love with an original artwork, we’d be happy to arrange international shipping! Please contact us at isabellerenee.art.info@gmail.com for a personalized shipping quote based on your location.
International Shipping - Prints
Delivery times are based on shipping, your location, etc, but prints will be shipped approximately 3-7 days from time of purchase. They ship from the US.
Important: Please note that the artist or shipping companies are not responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees that may apply to your country. It is the responsibility of the customer to cover any such charges.
Packaging
We take great care in packaging all artworks to ensure they arrive safely. Original artworks are securely wrapped and shipped in protective materials to minimize the risk of damage during transit. Prints are also carefully packaged to ensure they reach you in good condition.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number (if available) to monitor the progress of your shipment. Please check your email for this information.
Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Isabelle Renee Art is not responsible for lost or misdirected packages due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout. If you notice an error with your shipping address after your order has been placed, please contact us immediately to correct it.

Handling Delays: While we strive to process and ship all orders promptly, unforeseen delays such as carrier issues, weather events, or public holidays may affect delivery times. We kindly ask for your patience in such cases.
Lost or Stolen Packages: If your package is lost or stolen during transit, please contact us immediately. While we will assist you in resolving the issue, please note that we cannot be held liable for lost or stolen items once they are in the hands of the shipping carrier.
